6 Simple Rules — Please Read!
Our rules aren't strict — they're protective. They exist because many of our members are in recovery or rebuilding their lives, and everyone deserves to feel completely safe at home.

By applying you're agreeing to all 6 rules. Read them carefully — they protect everyone, including you.
💛 Be Kind to Housemates
Treat everyone with respect. We're building a community where people lift each other up, not tear each other down.
🚫 Zero Drugs & Alcohol
Absolutely none — including marijuana. This is a recovery-friendly home. Violations mean immediate eviction with no refund.
⚠ Zero Tolerance Policy🏡 Be a Good Neighbor
Keep common areas clean, respect quiet hours, and represent the house well on the street.
🚪 No Overnight Guests
No visitors, no exceptions. This protects the privacy and safety of every resident — especially survivors of abuse.
Absolute Rule — No Exceptions⚖️ We Can Evict Anytime
We reserve the right to remove any member at any time for rule violations. Good neighbors have nothing to worry about.

I Agree — Show Me Rooms 🛏️What's the Room Like? What Does It Cost?
📍 Location: All homes are single-family houses in quiet, middle-class neighborhoods — most within a 15-minute walk of grocery stores, bus stops, and shopping. Men's houses and women's houses are separate — no co-ed living.
How do I pay?
We collect weekly payments. Cash or electronic payments accepted. We're working on accepting Court Vouchers, HUD Vouchers, and VA benefits.
How long can I stay?
At least one week or longer. As long as you're a good housemate and follow the rules, there is no cap on how long you can stay.
How much does it cost?
Each bed has a different weekly rate depending on room type. We'll discuss exact costs after reviewing your application and confirming a good match.
Is there a credit check?
No credit score or large deposit required. We review each application individually — with compassion and common sense, not a computer algorithm.
Are children allowed?
In special circumstances we can accommodate a parent with children. Please mention this in your application so we can find the right placement!
